 What Cash-On-Delivery (COD) is:

Cash-On-Delivery is an option [of payment]  that allows customers to pay for their order(s) right at their doorstep as they receive the product(s) ordered online. COD presents a viable payment  option for those who are uncomfortable making online payment. All COD orders will be shipped after the customer making the order must have responded to a confirmation call or confirmation SMS within 24 hours. No delivery/sales will be put through in the event of the customer’s failure to respond to this confirmation call/SMS.

Our terms and conditions for making a purchase via Cash-On-Delivery:

Be informed that Cash-On-Delivery option is only available for orders to be delivered to some selected areas. You have to use the online payment option or bank transfer if your area is not included on the list of selected (COD) areas.

ü COD payment can only be made in UAE currency (AED).

ü There are no hidden charges attached; you will only pay the amount that appears in the final order  summary.
