REFUND POLICY

Refunds for orders made using the Cash-On-Delivery option will be processed within seven working days from the date that you affected the COD payment.

For online payment; refund will be available to customers within 7 days (weekends inclusive).

IMPORTANT: If  a customer  rejects -  without any valid reason -  a parcel after making an order through the COD payment option, Al Qaftan LLC may proceed to take legal action for whatever damage caused therewith and also ensure that such customer pay the charges for the damages as well as the two-way courier service that had been engaged.
